Position Overview
Kaminski Construction/Eugene Plastering is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plasterer to support residential and commercial renovation projects. This position focuses on delivering durable, code-compliant finishes across a variety of plastering and related construction tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply stucco, plaster, and masonry finishes on renovation and repair projects
- Perform drywall finishing and assist with tile installation (wet and dry applications)
- Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications
- Collaborate with team members and other trades on active job sites
- Maintain quality standards while meeting project timelines
- Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in plastering, stucco, or masonry
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction documents
- Proven ability to produce high-quality finish work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to multiple trades within residential construction
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
