Position Overview

Kaminski Construction/Eugene Plastering is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plasterer to support residential and commercial renovation projects. This position focuses on delivering durable, code-compliant finishes across a variety of plastering and related construction tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply stucco, plaster, and masonry finishes on renovation and repair projects
• Perform drywall finishing and assist with tile installation (wet and dry applications)
• Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications
• Collaborate with team members and other trades on active job sites
• Maintain quality standards while meeting project timelines
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in plastering, stucco, or masonry
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction documents
• Proven ability to produce high-quality finish work
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to multiple trades within residential construction
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
